Meet Manager Backup File
for Pool events
Ohio club managers: to import your results, follow these steps:
1. Restore this backup into your Hy-Tek Meet Manager software
2. Go to 'Teams' and manually create your club name
3. Go to 'Athletes' and switch over all of your athletes from "OHIO" to "YOURCLUB".
If asked "do you want to delete this swimmer from relays", answer "no".
4. Go to 'File > Export Results for Team Manager' and only select your club,
save file
5. Import results into your Hy-Tek Team Manager or you team software
Note:
Register for the Ohio Zone Team by following instructions below. The deadline
is be Wed July 22, 2009. Contact Ohio Zone Team Coordinator Brent Peaden
to be included on the e-mail distribution list bpeaden@woh.rr.com
This will be the first time the Central Zone
Championship meet will be held at the newly renovated 10-lane, 50-meter Forest
Park Aquatic Center in Noblesville, IN -- arguably the finest outdoor
competition pool in the Midwest.
