| Coach Kris was born and raised in Sylvania, Ohio. He is married to his wife Kathy of 18 yrs and have one son who will be a sophomore in HS. He swam competitively for 18 yrs, the last 4 at the University of Toledo. Kris began coaching at the age of 18. He spent 7 years in Dunedin (FL), coaching the mens/womens HS swim team. During his tenure in FL, he had numerous state qualifiers and top 8 finishers. Kris moved back to Sylvania in 1992 and became head coach at Sylvania "Tsunami" Swim Club. He served 7 years as head coach and under his guidance the team produced numerous state, zone and junior national swimmers. The club also won 3 small team Ohio championships. Kris recently moved to Colorado for 4 months then moved back to Sylvania and started coaching again at Great Lakes Swimming. Unfortunately due to an untimely death of coach John Lunsford, the team had to be closed. Kris then started coaching at the Fort Meigs YMCA in Perrysburg, Ohio and the team has grown to over 110 swimmers during the winter training season. Kris is also the Unattached coach of 30+ swimmers during the summer months. |

Coach Ann has been
in Ohio since 2006 since she arrived from San Antonio, Texas where
she was very involved in coaching for several years. In 2005 and
2006, Ann was an Assistant Coach at Triple T where she gained
valuable experience coaching year-round age group swimmers with a
strong emphasis on technique and seasonal training plans. From
2003-2005, Ann was the Head Novice Team Coach of the large Alamo
Area Aquatics Association (AAAA) program in San Antonio. Coach
Ann was responsible for over 100 swimmers. Since 2001,
Ann has also been coaching Masters and Triathlon programs in various
head coach and assistant coaching roles in Texas and before that at
Vacaville Swim Club in California. Her most recent masters coaching
stint was with the Master’s of South Texas (MOST) where she
organized planned and conducted masters’ practices. As a current Masters swimmer, Ann is an All-American
and “Top 10” Nationally ranked swimmer in multiple events. Ann is
the lead coach for the Dayton Raiders Masters Team, as well as
assists with the Age Group and Senior programs. Coach Ann has a BS
in Health and Fitness & Education and is a USA Level 2 Certified
Swim Coach.

| A Cincinnati native, Stephanie returned home after accepting a position to teach second grade at St. Andrew-St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School. Prior to this time she was living in Dayton, OH completing her degree in Early Childhood Education at Wright State University (2002). While at Wright State she was a member of the WSU Women's Swim Team and two Conference Championship teams (1999, 2002). She also taught swim lessons with the WSU Swim Lessons program, was the Head Coach for the West Carrollton Waves Swim Team and had the great experience of being an assistant coach for the Kettering City Swim Team. Stephanie serves as the Bronze 2 coach. Prior to college, she was a swimmer for both Roger Bacon High School and the Powell Crosley YMCA. |

Ralph has been the Head Coach at Oak Hills Swim Team since 1995.
Ralph has coached swimmers to all levels of swimming from Age Group
Championships to National level. Ralph is owner and chief operator
of the world famous "Philo" bungee straps for goggles and bag tags

JR is
in his 13th year as an assistant coach with Upper Arlington Swim
Club. He has extensive summer league coaching experience, having
served as coach of Northwest Swim Club for seven years and at Scioto
Country Club for five years. JR also coached the UA high school team
for many years as well as the UA masters. JR swam with Upper
Arlington Swim Club for five years.

| Jerri has coached since 1994 beginning in the State of Washington, the same time she re-entered the sport as a Masters swimmer. Jerri currently coaches for the Cincinnati Marlins following a successful campaign for several years with the Northern KY Clippers in Erlanger (KY). Jerri grew up in Edgewood, KY and swam for Brookwood Swim Club as well as Scott High School. Her coaching began with the Fort Lewis Dolphins, before moving on to the Washington Aquatic Killer Orcas. After moving back to Washington following 3 years in Pennsylvania, she coached with the Valley Aquatic Swim Team out of Puyallup, Washington. From 1998-2000 Jerri was the assistant high school coach in Lebanon PA at Cedar Crest High School where she also coached the Falcon Swim Club. She also worked at the Lebanon Valley Family YMCA teaching swim lessons and water aerobics. As a masters swimmer ,Jerri was nationally ranked in the 100 & 200 breaststroke, winning the 200 breast at Nationals in 1998. In 1999 she placed 3rd. in her age group, following that up with a 4th place finish in 2000. In 2007 after a few years away from competition she retuned to win her age group again. She has also swum the Great Chesapeake Bay multiple times for the March of Dines. Jerri and her husband Joe moved back to Northern Kentucky to live after Joe retired from the United States Army after 20 years of service. |

| Keith has been involved in the program on and off since 1990. He was assistant to the 13/14 Age group from 1990 to 1991 and then head coach of this group from 1992 until 1996. He coached under the late Larry Lyons for the entire time. After a brief hiatus, he came back to ABLY in 2003 to assist with the National Group. After a brief period in this role, he assumed the head coaching position of the Gold Group from 2003 until 2007. This season Keith will be assisting with the Red group. Keith swam competitively for The Tri-Village Tritons (now Mariemont Aquatic Club) as well as Summertime Swim Club and Mariemont High School. He swam competitively, year round, for 10 years before deciding to concentrate on a college career in football at Georgetown College. He is a 1989 graduate of Georgetown. During his football days, he moonlighted as a swim coach at Summit Swim Club, ME Lyons YMCA, Turpin High School and Indian Hill Swim Club. He brings more than 20 years of coaching experience to the program at various levels. Keith has been married to his wife Kathy for 17 years and has two daughters, Kaitlyn and Kendyl. He resides in Anderson Township. |

| Coach Sara is a Cincinnati native who just recently moved back to the area after graduating from Indiana University. She has been coaching for three years and prior to that has been giving lessons for 5 years. Coach Sara swam for Cincinnati St. Ursula as well as Blue Ash YMCA. |

| Coach Brent became the Dayton Raiders Head Age Group Coach in September 1999 after three years as the Raiders Senior Assistant. From 1989-1996, Brent was the Head Age Group Coach for the Wright-Patterson Flying Fish at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Brent began his swimming career in San Pedro (CA) and later in the European Forces League in Madrid, Spain. Brent has coached National Junior Qualifiers, National Age Group Top 16 swimmers, state record holders, Zone Qualifiers and record holders, and Ohio Junior Olympic State Champions. Brent has coached swimmers to more than 100 National "Top 16" rankings and 30 National "Top 3" rankings. Brent was awarded Ohio Age Group Coach of the Year in 1999 by the Ohio Coaches Association. His Dayton Raider Age Group program won the Ohio "Junior Olympic" State Championships in 2004, 2006, and 2007 - a first-ever achievement for a non-Cincinnati program since the meet's inception in the 1960's. Coach Brent and his wife, Ann, had their first child Connor just 3 days after the conclusion of the 2003 "Mega" Zone meet in Indianapolis - which makes him accurate as a stopwatch. Brent's hobbies are shore and off-shore fishing in the gulf - his favorite is chasing the "Big Reds"! |
