11-12's - 1 mile
13-14's - 1.5 miles
15-18's - 2.0 miles

• 7:45AM    Registration & Check-In

• 8:30AM    Clinic for all Participants

• 9:00AM    Warm-up*

• 9:30AM   Competition Starts - possible staggered

• Awards immediately following the competition
  * Times may be adjusted if swimmers and Referee are ready to begin the race

To qualify, swimmer must have achieved a National "A" time in the longest freestyle event offered at the Age Group Championship meet (swimmer does not have to swim that event in the pool competition, just need to have the cut since summer 2006)
