Travel Team Itinerary

COL-OKC Flight = $375
Complete travel package (less flight) = $275
Total travel team price = $650
This is the guaranteed
price for the first 53 athletes; after these spots fill, the travel
cost will be adjusted based on what the new "flight cost" for tickets on the
same flight will be. Travel Team swimmers are not permitted to travel on
another flight/day. Travel Team members must travel from bus pickup on Wednesday
August 2nd until parent sign-out or the conclusion of the trip
shown below. From the
time of pickup until the swimmer is checked out, all travel, lodging, meals,
social activities, chaperoning, and insurance coverage will be the responsibility of Ohio Swimming, Inc. and
are included in your travel fee.

Important notes:
For the DEPARTURE trip, swimmers must arrive at the above locations at least 15 minutes prior to the times listed
above in case the bus is early.
Registration, Team Pictures, Team Warmup,
Hotel Check-in
and evening Team Social will follow.
Swimmers traveling with the team:
Swimmers are returned to their designated drop-off location above and must
have a parent or parent representative sign a "check-out" form. Parents of
travel swimmers may check their swimmer out at the conclusion of the meet in
Oklahoma - this could be Monday after Open Water or earlier - but then all
final travel arrangements back to Ohio are the sole responsibility of the
parents. Parents must
fill out the "check-out" form that all coaches & chaperones will have at the
meet, as well as included in the meet packet and on the website.
Parents may make arrangements
with the Team Coordinator for a swimmer to get picked up by a parent of
another team member. No swimmer will be allowed to leave the travel team
until the "check-out" has been signed and witnessed by parent, athlete, &
coach -or- chaperone, whether this is done at the meet, at the airport on
the return trip, or at the final bus drop-off destination! |
