A. Individual Pool and Open Water events:
1-8 place: medals with neck ribbons.
9-16 place: ribbons for 12 and under only.

B. Relay events: 1-3 place: medals with neck ribbons

C. High Point Award: 1-3 for boys and girls in each age group for pool events only.

D. Team Awards:
Pool events: 1-3 combined points.
Open Water events: 1st place combined points.

 E. Awards ceremony

* 13 – 18: Individual and relay awards will be presented at the awards stand under the scoreboard after the end of each stroke series. Swimmers are expected to be promptly available so as not to delay the swimming events. Scripting will be given to announcer. This procedure is subject to change and any changes to this procedure will be announced in the General Meeting.
*12 & under: Individual and relay awards procedure for the 12 & under swimmers will be presented at the conclusion of afternoon session.

* Consolation swimmers’ names shall be announced during the competition.
* Championship Finals swimmers’ names shall be announced prior to the race when the swimmers are behind the blocks.
* The awards ceremony for the open water events shall be conducted immediately after the conclusion of the final open water event.

*Photographs: photographs of the award winners will be taken and available for purchase at the meet.
