Ohio Team Managers! To import results by your club's swimmers into Team Manager (TM) here are the steps: 1. Restore the backup file posted on the left to your Meet Manager (MM). 2. In MM, go into "Teams" and create your club name (e.g. "WAC - Westerville Aquatic Club"). Make sure the team you create in MM matches the spelling of the team you currently have in TM. 3. In MM, go into "Athletes" and switch over all of your athletes to your club from the team drop-down list. 4. In MM, go to "File - Export Results..." and save the file to your computer or floppy. 5. In TM, go to "File - Import Results..." and import the file you saved while in MM. 6. Results should import seamlessly. If you have a popup that says something like "not all your data was imported, do you want to see the report?", then that means you have a swimmer that has a typo either in the MM backup or your TM database, thus causing a mismatch between the meet and your db. Correct accordingly, or contact Ohio Coordinator Brent Peaden at bpeaden@woh.rr.com for help. |
