The Dayton Raiders use a volunteer
"point" system to help manage the operation of the club.
With the varying types of jobs needed to effectively
manage a successful program, the team has
established several positions that earn "points"
throughout the year. Additional volunteer and creative
ideas should be forwarded to the Family Volunteer
Coordinator for review.
