2008 Short Course Relay Lineups - Please Read all Notes Carefully!

Where do these times come from? all times from the team for the current season are included. No Long Course meter times are used or converted. High school times from Sectionals, Districts, and States should be included in our db, but if you notice missing times, please let your group coach know.  It is the swimmers' responsibility to verify his/her times are in the database by reviewing the TOP TIMES HOMEPAGE  throughout the season.

Want to know if your relay has "the cut"?  Check out the TIMES STANDARDS HOMEPAGE.  All relays members qualifying to the appropriate meet (e.g. "Ohio Junior Olympics", "USA Sectionals", "National Championships", etc) will be entered and are expected to swim their relay.  Please notify your group coach as close to the beginning of the season as possible if a conflict arises in your schedule.

Most Importantly:  Many details are unable to be accounted for in this posting.  (1) For example, the medley relay lineups shown below are a combination of the fastest times in the db.  It is possible the lineup shown has swimmers listed in their "off" strokes.  If the difference in times is negligible to switch the lineup around so that swimmers are swimming their "on" strokes, the coach may adjust the lineup accordingly if, by doing so, it will benefit the team.  (2) These postings cannot account for taper styles or recent training activity including swimmer breaks, injuries, or attending swim camps.  (4) Some swimmers have not competed in a particular race during the period listed at the top of the page (Ex: a distance swimmer hasn't swum a 50 Free in over a year).  The bottom line is that the lineups below are only guides and questions about final relay lineups should be discussed with your group coach.  All relay lineups are the coaches discretion and we ask you to support their decisions regardless if you agree or not.  We encourage all swimmers to keep an open dialogue with their group coach regarding relays (as well as individual events!) throughout the season so no surprises are encountered at championships.
