The DEADLINE for inclusion in the PUBLISHED All America listings and Top 100 rankings is MAY 31.  The ABSOLUTE deadline for applications (certificates only - late fee required) is October 31 following the season completed.  A coach's failure to submit applications prior to the deadlines is not a reason to waive the deadline requirements.
