Position requires 40-45
hours per week between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day. Must be mature,
personable, and safety-minded, as well as have basic mechanical skills. Must
have valid Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certification. WSI preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited
to: overseeing all staff including guards and concession stand employees,
operating and maintaining pump, overseeing special events, and organizing swim
lessons. The manager must work at least 50 hours in May for
pool preparation at an hourly rate. This will also be true for winterization
of pool in September. Manager will receive a salary of approximately
$6000 (based on experience) and one week paid vacation.
