Best part about Raiders: Everyone gets along really well and they all support one another no matter what.
Tips for younger swimmers: Work hard but have fun doing it. You have to enjoy what you're doing to be successful at it. Also never give up or give in to pain, working through it will only make you stronger.  Good luck and believe in yourself because you can do whatever you put your mind to.
