DAYTON RAIDERS PRACTICE SCHEDULE - LONG COURSE 2002
JUNE 10th, 2002 - AUGUST (to begin once school is out)

NOTES:
1. Dryland times listed in boldface italic.  Gold/Silver swimmers will have dryland incorporated into their workouts on M-W-F mornings.
2. Times listed are actual practice times. All swimmers in all groups are to be at practice 15 minutes prior to the start time for stretching. Dryland equipment includes t-shirt and tennis shoes.
3. Directions to pools listed at the bottom of this page.

(WSU) WRIGHT STATE UNIVERSITY POOL: From I-675 traveling North just north of Dayton: take N.Fairfield Rd. Exit, turn left (west), then go over freeway and turn left on Col. Glenn (south), go 1 mile, turn rt. on University Blvd., then right on Service Rd, park in Visitors lot on left or in free parking section on the right (after 4PM), enter Student Union, go downstairs to pool.

(FBN) FAIRBORN 50-METER POOL: From Dayton on I-675 North: take the E. Dayton-Yellowsprings Rd Exit., turn left at exit, Fairborn High School is on the right, once you pass the high school, turn right into park entrance, make your way to the pool which is on your right.

(B&G-East) DAYTON BOYS & GIRLS CLUB EAST: From Dayton traveling east on I-35: take the Keowee Exit, the Club is immediately on the left. From I-675 traveling west on I-35: take the Keowee Exit until the exit dead-ends, turn left, get in right lane and after about 500 yards, turn right into the Boys & Girls Club parking lot.

(MOR) MORAINE NATATORIUM POOL: From I-75 South just south of Dayton: take Dryden Rd. Exit, turn right at exit (south), continue for 2 miles to Sellars Rd. Turn right and go over bridge.  After about 1/4 mile, you will see the entrance to the Recreation Center on your left.
