2005 Dayton Raiders Long Course Practice Schedule
Tentative Schedule Effective Mon June 13, 2005 follow the Winter Schedule and the Monthly Calendar for practices before 6/13/05 Session 3 swimmers practice through Thu July 21 (prior to the A/B Championships) 15-overs: "Ohio Senior Meet", "U.S. Sectional", and "National" qualifiers will practice until the day prior to those meets 14-unders: Any swimmers qualified for Ohio 14-under "Age Group" Championships (Aug 4-7, 2005) or U.S. Central Zone Championships (Aug 12-14, 2005) will practice until the day prior to those meets. click here to see champ meet dates Directions to all Raider practice facilities, click here!

NOTE #2 - The schedule below is subject to change based on practice attendance, which can be difficult to predict at the start of the season. Some adjustments may be made to ensure the highest coach/swimmer ratio.
Times listed below are actual start times. All swimmers should arrive at the pool 15-minutes prior to start time to stretch and prepare for practice. Tennis shoes, t-shirt, and shorts required for dryland.
