2007 Dayton Raiders Paul Jarnagin Memorial Swim Meet
October 26-28, 2007 – Trotwood Madison High School

Clerk of Course for 8 & Under Only
We will have a Clerk of Course for all 8 & Under events to assist the athletes getting to the correct lane and heat. All other age groups “show up at the block”

Positive Check-In
All events on Friday are positive check-in by 5:10PM. The 1000 Free on Sunday evening is also positive check-in by 3PM on Sunday. All other events throughout the weekend are seeded as shown in the heat sheet.

Friday Parking
Due to a Trotwood-Madison HS football game on Friday night, all swimming families will need to park in the church parking lot across the street from the campus (located on North Union Road). Parents can drop-off swimmers in front of the main doors of the main building. Once you enter the main doors, turn left and walk straight towards the cafeteria; the pool is adjacent to the cafeteria. Parents should not drive into either of the school entrances that take you around to the rear of the campus (where the football stadium is located) or else you will be charged a parking fee associated with the football game. Swim-meet Parking Attendants will be available at all strategic locations to assist arriving families and distribute windshield parking passes for vehicles that are coming to the swim meet.

Saturday & Sunday Parking
Ample parking in the front or rear of the Trotwood-Madison HS campus (near the baseball and football fields) is available all throughout the weekend at no charge.

I-70 West from Columbus Area Construction
Due to construction near the I-70/I-75 interchange just north of Dayton, you may consider taking this route if you are traveling from Springfield/Columbus areas on Friday evening during after-work rush hour:

I-70 West towards Dayton
I-675 South, go about 8 miles
35 West towards Dayton
Go past I-75/35 intersection (stay on 35 west)
35 west turns into 49 North
Turn left onto Free Pike Road
Go 2 miles (Free Pike Road turns into East Main Street after about 1 mile)
Turn right onto North Union Road
Go ½ mile
Trotwood High School is on the right
There are two main entrances into the campus, take the 2^nd right (although both roads are the same and will circle around the back)
The pool is in the rear, drop-off swimmers in front of the main campus building, enter doors, turn left

Fun Activities: Swimmer, Coaches, and Parents:
Thank you for attending the Jarnagin Memorial. We aim to assist young swimmers 8 & under get ready for their events, thus achieving a smooth flow of the meet. To make this meet favorable and fun for your children, and family, we have the following fun activities scheduled this weekend:
