Note: This is an All-Star Meet and swimmers are selected to represent TEAM OHIO. The fastest four swimmers in each individual event (for each gender and age group) are selected from all applications received by the deadline. Swimmers should submit all times achieved since 9/1/05 to fill age group and open events as well as relay configurations to make the best team possible. Parents must submit applications by the December 14th, 2005 deadline - no
exceptions! Times will be accepted from meets on the weekend of December 16-18, 2005. Time updates (with the meet and at date achieved) must be emailed to the Quad Chair jmelzak@hotmail.com by December 19, 2005 at 10AM.

Admission for Spectator seating will
be $4.00 each day (children 8 & U free).
Both sides of the natatorium will be open for seating.
IL & LE/OH swimmers will be on the EAST side
IN & KY swimmers will be on the WEST side
Swimmers, Quad Team Coaches, credentialed managers and chaperones, and
working officials ONLY will be allowed on deck.
Quad Social Dance for all Athletes w/DJ
will be 7:30-9 p.m. at the Adam's Mark Hotel Indianapolis. Details on the
exact location will be available at
the front desk the Friday before the meet. Concessions will be available
for sale. Dance Rules: Swimmers are not permitted to leave ballroom
the area during the dance. 10 & U swimmers and siblings must be accompanied
by a parent. Parents must pick up swimmers promptly at 9 p.m., or a swimmer
might be
scratched from Sunday’s events.

Airport properties offer FREE surface parking and are a quick 10-15 minute drive to the Natatorium. The Adam’s Mark Airport is excited to host us again this year and will also be hosting our Saturday night dance. Details on exact location of dance will be available at the front desk when you check in. The Adam’s Mark has two (2) restaurants and a lounge.
