Dear Coaches,

 

Please remind your swimmers of the following:

  1. Scratching for Finals

·        The top 20 return to swim for finals. 

·        We would like any swimmer placing in the Top 30 to scratch if he/she will not be at finals.

·        Scratch table will be located on pool deck.

·        Swimmers must get their coach to sign their scratch sheets before we will accept.  Parents will not be permitted on deck to scratch their swimmers.

·        If a swimmer does not scratch within the 30 minute time rule and then does not swim at finals Ohio penalty rules will be applied.

  1. Warm ups

·        The 13 & older sessions will be open warm ups, while in the 12 & under sessions teams will be assigned warm up lanes.

·        Finals sessions will be open warm ups.

  1. Shuttle

On site parking is only for Silverlake members only. The map is located on our meet page.  Families will be able to park at Silverlake on Sat/Sun after 5:00 p.m. for finals.  Coaches should have received parking passes by now (if I had an address. . . .!!)

  1. No Changes

We will not make any time changes or accept any deck entries.

  1. Friday sessions

·        We are able to take all the swimmers who were entered on Friday that meet the time standards.  If you had an entry which was slower than the standard, that swimmer was deleted from the event.

·        All Friday events will be pre-seeded.

  1. 400 frees on Saturday & Sunday mornings
    400 Free on Saturday and Sunday mornings will be limited to the TOP 40, and positive check will be required by 7:15 a.m. each day.  If your swimmer gets cut from 400, we may be able to deck seed them into an alternate event – let me know early if you want to do that.
  2. Fly over starts

We will use fly over starts at all sessions, except finals on Saturday and Sunday.
