SHAVE DOWN AS CLOSE TO THE DAY
OF COMPETITION AS POSSIBLE (You are not permitted to shave at most pools) 5. EAT RIGHT ALL WEEK. NO JUNK FOOD OR SODA-POP!
6. IF POSSIBLE, GET TO BED AT THE SAME TIME EACH NIGHT.
7. IF POSSIBLE, WAKE UP AT THE SAME TIME EACH MORNING.
8. IMPORTANT – SET GOALS NOW, BEFORE YOU GET TO THE MEET.
9. GET EXCITED! THIS IS THE BIGGEST MEET SO FAR!
